Items purchased on WowBag.shop are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's original ship date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of WowBag.shop. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include:
1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or
2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or packaging replacement.

International returns: please contact our support team at support@wowcrochet.com to submit your return request.. International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and a $45 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
